MOSCOW, February 13. /TASS/. The Minsk agreements lack a clear mechanism of implementation, the speaker of the People’s Council of the self-proclaimed Donetsk People’s Republic (DPR) Andrey Purgin said on Friday.

However, guarantees provided by the leaders of Russia, Germany and France give hope for progress in the peaceful resolution of the conflict, Purgin said.

"All documents signed in Minsk still do not include mechanisms for implementation," the Donetsk News Agency quoted Purgin as saying. "However, as these documents were confirmed by European leaders and the Russian president, we can hope that some peace-making mechanisms, including with the participation of Russia, may be implemented," he added.
