LPR parliament speaker says Kiev army uses NATO-marked munitions in eastern Ukraine

The fact that in the past several days LPR’s specialists have recovered fragments of munitions bearing NATO marks from sites of shelling by the Ukrainian army is of special concern, LPR official says

MOSCOW, February 2. /TASS/. Kiev’s army is using munitions bearing marks of NATO countries in combat operations in south-eastern Ukraine, Alexey Karyakin, speaker of the People’s Council (legislature) of the self-proclaimed Luhansk People’s Republic (LPR) said on Monday.

"The fact that in the past several days LPR’s specialists have recovered fragments of munitions bearing NATO marks from sites of shelling by the Ukrainian army is of special concern," LuhanskInformCenter cited him as saying.

"Now, the North Atlantic Alliance is killing our fellow countrymen not only with the hands of Polish and Lithuanian gunmen who were earlier commissioned to the so-called 'Ukrainian volunteer battalions,' but also it provides lethal weapons so that the Kiev regime continued to shed the blood of children and the elder people," he said.

"My advice to Ukrainian politicians is to spend the next tranche from the International Monetary Fund (IMF), if any, for buying conscience for themselves, if it is ever possible in principle. The war then will be over in just several days," he added.
