VIENNA, January 31. /TASS/. The Organisation for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) has confirmed that Donetsk was shelled from a north-western direction when civilians were killed, says a spot report of the OSCE Special Monitoring Mission (SMM) to Ukraine of January 30 issued on Saturday.

"The SMM’s observations suggest that the impact has most likely been caused by a 122mm artillery grenade, fired from a north-westerly direction," the document reads.
