MOSCOW, January 26. /TASS/. Israel is attentively watching the talks between Iran and the six parties (five permanent UN Security Council members and Germany), Israeli Foreign Minister Avigdor Lieberman said after talks with his Russian counterpart Sergey Lavrov on Monday.

No agreement is better than a bad agreement, he said. In his view, no good agreement is seen so far.

The situation around the Iranian nuclear program should be settled without damaging security interests of the region’s countries, Lavrov said on Monday after talks with his Israeli counterpart Avigdor Lieberman.

“We strongly demand the problem settlement without creating any risks or threats to security of the region’s countries, certainly, including Israel,” Lavrov said.

Issue of S-300 deliveries to Iran

The issue of Russia's supplies of S-300 missile systems to Iran has not been raised at the talks between the Russian and Israeli foreign ministers, Sergey Lavrov said on Monday.

"We haven't discussed this issue today, we develop cooperation with Iran in the fields that do not fall under restrictions," the Russian top diplomat said.

Israeli Foreign Minister Avigdor Liberman said he saw no changes in Russia's position on S-300 supplies to Iran. "We respect Russia's constructive approach," he said.
