The Costa Concordia cruise liner struck a reef and capsized near the Italian island of Giglio, killing 32 people on January 14, 2012. 4,200 passengers and crew were onboard. In september 2013 the ship was returned to the upright position. After a two-year salvage operation the wrecked Italian cruise ship was refloated and moved to the Italian port of Genoa. TASS recalls the Costa Concordia tragedy in this photo gallery.
