KIEV, July 08. /ITAR-TASS/. Ukrainian state authorities will not introduce a unilateral ceasefire regime in Donbass, the main Ukrainian coalmining region in the east of the country, the press service of the Ukrainian Defense Ministry reported on Tuesday.

The Kiev authorities will not declare a unilateral ceasefire by Ukrainian military forces involved in the military operation in the east of the country, Defense Minister Valeriy Heletey told reporters. “The Ukrainian president stated this definitely. Now any talks are possible only after militants lay down arms,” Heletey said.
