Russia pair Ksenia Stolbova and Fyodor Klimov get 2nd place in ISU Grand Prix final

They got 213.72 points upon the results of the short programme and the free skate

BARCELONA, Spain, December 13. /TASS/. Russian pair Ksenia Stolbova/Fyodor Klimov took the 2nd place in the ISU Grand Prix final, which ended in Barcelona.

They got 213.72 points upon the results of the short programme and the free skate.

“They were quite braced for the completion today but made a small mistake,” their coach Nina Mozer said.

Canadians Meagan Duhamon and Eric Radford showed the best result in the finals, getting 220.72 points.

“To get better scores than them, we must go our own way, show flawless skating and stop rushing from side to side,” Mozer said. “We must pick up speed and stop making some faults.”

“Duhamel and Radford show they get through a highly complex programme steadily, with all elements being level four,” she said.

One more Russian pair, Yuko Kawaguchi/Alexander Smirnov finished with the sixth result (184.54 points).
