Russian T-50 prototype fifth-generation fighter jet made its first test flight on January 29, 2010. T-50, or PAK FA (Prospective Airborne Complex of Frontline Aviation) is the aircraft designed by Sukhoi Bureau. According to Russian Air Force, the series deliveries of the T-50 fighter are set to begin in 2016 and the aircraft is intended to be the successor to MIG-29 and Su-27.
