NOVO-OGAREVO, March 04. /ITAR-TASS/. Russia has no plans to take over Crimea, President Vladimir Putin said on Tuesday as he was answering reporters' questions about the situation in Ukraine.

"Russia is not considering the option to adjoin Crimea. Only the citizens may and should decide on their future in the conditions of free expression of will and security," he stated
