Ex-Uralkali CEO Baumgertner to remain under house arrest until April 14

MOSCOW, February 17. /ITAR-TASS/. Moscow city court on Monday has upheld as legitimate a resolution passed earlier by the Moscow Basmanny court, which ruled that ex-CEO of Uralkali company Vladislav Baumgertner should remain under house arrest until April 14. The Moscow city court has turned down an appeal filed by Baumgartner’s lawyers who challenged the previous resolution passed by the Basmanny district court.
